Shipping Information

We take the best care to pack your products as carefully as possible so that they arrive in your hands in perfect condition. (Unfortunately we cannot guarantee this at all times as there will be factors that are out of our control).

Sending your Package

Local Shipping

Typically local orders will be sent via a courier service to your door within 2-3 days. We will use a tracking service so you will be required to sign for acceptance of your order. We offer free shipping for orders over R1000.

The shipping cost can fluctuate depending on the particular item and size of the total order. If there is a discrepancy between the quoted price (included at checkout) and the actual fee, we will contact you directly to make an alternative arrangement.

International Shipping

All items are shipped from Cape Town. As the shipping cost will fluctuate depending on the size, weight and destination country for the order, we will need to get a customised quote for each order. If there is a discrepancy between the quoted price and the actual fee -(the cost included at checkout is for a small light item), we will contact you directly to make an alternative arrangement.

There are generally 2 options for sending overseas packages :
1. Express service via a courier company. This is vastly more costly but can generally be delivered within 1 week.
2. Postage via the local post office service. This is more cost effective, but delivery can take around 3-4 weeks.
We will always utilise a tracking service so you will be required to sign for acceptance of your order.

Customs & Imports

You may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from state to state and country to country. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties.
