Returns :
Our policy lasts 14 days from order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted :
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds :
Please note that we do not offer refunds. Depending on the condition of the returned item, we will issue a gift certificate which can be used to make a purchase at a later stage.
Sale items :
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges :
We only replace items at our cost if they are defective or damaged from a clear manufacturing fault. If you need to exchange it for the same item (but different colour), send us an email at hello@tengatenga.co.za and send your item to us (see below address).
Shipping :
To return your product, you should courier your product to:
Tenga Tenga, The Post House, Noordhoek Farm Village, 1 Village Lane, Noordhoek, Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA, 7970.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please use a trackable shipping service (and email us the details) or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
